Service Description
Unlock the power of your body's built-in stress relief system in this immersive workshop that will guide you through several embodied approaches to stimulating the vagus nerve. Drawing from yoga, breath work (pranayama), meditation, and gentle movement, we’ll explore techniques to enhance vagal tone, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate resilience. You’ll leave with practical, accessible tools to reduce stress, improve emotional balance, and support overall well-being. This 2-hour workshop is a great opportunity to dive deeper into your practice for both seasoned practitioners and beginners alike. All are welcome, regardless of experience or ability.

Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel or change a booking up until the time of the event. No cancellation requests or refunds will be honored after the start time of the event. We respectfully ask that if you are feeling sick that you stay home and reschedule your service for when you are feeling well. If there are no pre-registrations one hour prior to the start time of a class, that class will be canceled, and the listing will be removed from the schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
