Dive deeper into the transformative power of your breath in this workshop to explore the ancient roots of pranayama and the science behind how the breath supports mental and physical health and well being. This workshop is designed to deepen your personal practice and will blend yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses), and neuroscience. Learn how conscious breathing can calm the mind, enhance energy, and promote emotional balance, while exploring ancient yogic teachings and modern scientific research. You’ll gather insight into the foundation of these practices, and leave with practical tools to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate greater well-being in both body and mind. Whether new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this workshop offers a holistic approach to harnessing the power of your breath for lasting vitality, clarity and inner peace.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel or change a booking up until the time of the event. No cancellation requests or refunds will be honored after the start time of the event. We respectfully ask that if you are feeling sick that you stay home and reschedule your service for when you are feeling well. If there are no pre-registrations one hour prior to the start time of a class, that class will be canceled, and the listing will be removed from the schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
