Service Description
This full-body class focuses on controlled movements to strengthen the core, sculpt muscles, improve balance and posture, and enhance flexibility. Incorporating a skillful and creative blend of modalities, this class combines the toning power of Pilates, the precision of Barre, the strength of resistance training, and the mindfulness of Yoga. Offered by alternating instructors, Aurora and Wendy, each bring their own unique background, experience and training, but with a similar vision for fun, intentional movement. Props and additional equipment to support your practice used will change week to week, including pilates balls, resistance bands, 1-2 lb weights, blocks, and chairs, but we've got everything you might need along with lots of options for choice in how you approach this class and how to accommodate your needs and goals. Just bring your mat (or borrow one of ours- we have those too), your curiosities and yourself, exactly as you are. Designed for all levels, you’ll leave feeling strong, balanced, and centered.

Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel or change a booking up until the time of the event. No cancellation requests or refunds will be honored after the start time of the event. We respectfully ask that if you are feeling sick that you stay home and reschedule your service for when you are feeling well. If there are no pre-registrations one hour prior to the start time of a class, that class will be canceled, and the listing will be removed from the schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
