Start your week with mindful movement, restorative stillness and intentional pause before moving into your week. Alli is excited to share this nourishing blend of movement and rest as a new offering this fall. All abilities and experience welcome.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel or change a booking up until the time of the event. No cancellation requests or refunds will be honored after the start time of the event. We respectfully ask that if you are feeling sick that you stay home and reschedule your service for when you are feeling well. If there are no pre-registrations one hour prior to the start time of a class, that class will be canceled, and the listing will be removed from the schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
