Service Description

Ease into your day with slow movement, gentle stretching and breath work, in standing, seated or reclined postures. This class is appropriate for those that are looking for a low-impact practice with lots of options for accessibility. From our previous clients: "I was hesitant to try yoga. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel or change a booking up until the time of the event. No cancellation requests or refunds will be honored after the start time of the event. We respectfully ask that if you are feeling sick that you stay home and reschedule your service for when you are feeling well. If there are no pre-registrations one hour prior to the start time of a class, that class will be canceled, and the listing will be removed from the schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
