Reiki 1 Training: Care for self, Care for loved ones

Service Description

Reiki 1 is a foundational learning and attunement for those who are curious about energy and desire to dive a little deeper into using it- no background or experience necessary! Usui Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that is passed from the reiki master teacher to the student through learning and ritual to attune the student to provide reiki energy.In this course you will learn, the foundations of energy and have the opportunity to explore your “Clairs;” chakras and meridians; crystals and sacred plant matter; ethics and trauma informed care; and protocols for self reiki and a chair reiki protocol for others. An 8-hour Reiki 1 certificate will be received upon completion. This is a 2-day comprehensive workshop for curious practitioners with Reiki Master Teacher, Heather Seton. Each day will include 4 hours of training, including opportunities for hands on application, with time for a 30 minute snack break.
