A deeply interoceptive practice to invite stillness, lengthen muscles, and calm body and mind.
Service Description
Welcome stillness, connect to your breath and provide deeper care to your connective tissue as you stay a little longer in poses that give way to gravity and allow for lengthening and softening. Yin Yoga is a supportive practice for balancing Yang or active energetic movement, allowing the muscles to heal and restore, and regulating the nervous system by activating the parasympathetic or the "rest and digest" cues naturally occurring in our bodies. This practice can enhance concentration, interoception and promote a sense of deep relaxation. From previous clients: "Chris teaches a super chill yin yoga class. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel or change a booking up until the time of the event. No cancellation requests or refunds will be honored after the start time of the event. We respectfully ask that if you are feeling sick that you stay home and reschedule your service for when you are feeling well. If there are no pre-registrations one hour prior to the start time of a class, that class will be canceled, and the listing will be removed from the schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
